The Maintenance Division provides field, and limited sustainment support maintenance and service for all types of military tactical equipment, commercial government owned vehicles less GSA leased non-tactical vehicles, fire trucks, ground support equipment, Communication/Electronics Equipment, and weapons to the Fort Belvoir Garrison, Military District of Washington (MDW) and other DoD activities throughout the National Capital Region (NCR) and surrounding area.

Specific equipment repaired by the Maintenance Division includes (but limited to):  light automotive vehicles, heavy mobile equipment including cranes, power generation equipment, automotive air conditioning systems, construction equipment, material handling equipment, all types of equipment.  The Maintenance Division also provides technical inspections, estimated cost of damage (ECOD's), load tests, classifications for turn-in, and technical assistance when requested.

To obtain support from the Maintenace Division, the following must be provided:
 

• Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) / Maintenance Support Agreement (MOA).
• Supported organization Unit Identification Code (UIC).
• All customers must identify their authorized Force Activity Designator (FAD).
• Funded Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) or Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR).
• Updated Delegation of Authority (DA Form 1687) signature card authorizing specific personnel to submit and receive work orders and equipment. Must have digital signatures.
• A separate DA Form 1687 for sensitive items to include weapons and communication's equipment.
• Equipment Density List of equipment by make, model, and quantity to be supported.
• Maintenance Request Form (DA Form 2407) for non-Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-Army) customers.
